All of our guest bedrooms at The Old Water View Hotel are tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. They offer you comfortable, central heated accommodation, with all modern conveniences, including ensuite facilities, WiFi, TV & Video, CD player, Hairdryer, Iron & Ironing board and tea/coffee making facilities. We also have an additional bathroom with bath in addition to the ensuite facilities in all the bedrooms.

We have six en-suite guest bedrooms which can be used in the following configurations:-
- 3 x Family rooms which contain a king size double bed and a single bed so can be booked as a Family, twin, double or single occupancy.
- 2 x Double rooms which can be booked as a double or a single occupancy.
- 1 x Twin room which can be booked as a twin or single occupancy.

‘Herdy Hut’
We also have our Shepherds Hut, known affectionately as the ‘Herdy Hut’ after the local Herdwick sheep.
This can be booked as a twin or single occupancy. The Herdy Hut has access to a private bathroom inside the main house, but is not en-suite.
